We’re happy to welcome you and your pets — who we consider part of the family.
Our homes have outdoor spaces that are perfect for your furry family members. And, unlike many residential facilities that claim to be pet-friendly, we don’t charge exorbitant animal fees. When we say we’re pet-friendly, we mean it!

Animal fees and policies vary by home.
In all instances, animals are approved on a case-by-base basis. For the safety and wellbeing of all residents, visitors, staff, and neighbors, certain dog breeds, including but not limited to Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, and German Shepherds are not permitted on LIVV WELL premises. This policy aims to prevent incidents and maintain a secure environment for everyone. Any violation of this policy may result in lease termination or eviction.
