Affordable protection and peace of mind.

LIVV WELL Property Management requires that all tenants have a renter’s insurance policy.

It's important to us that you and your belongings are protected. Our insurance policies cover losses to LIVV WELL homes. Your personal property and certain mishaps and living expenses, however, are covered only through a renter's insurance policy. That's why we ask our tenants to find and maintain renter's insurance (we can help you with this)!

Why get covered?

Getting protected is quick, simple and affordable.

Here are four good reasons why you should have a renter's insurance policy:

  • It's affordable. The average renter's insurance policy costs about $15/month or $180/year.

  • It covers losses to personal property. A renter’s insurance policy protects against losses (fire, weather, theft, etc.) to your personal property, including clothes, jewelry, luggage, computers, furniture, and electronics.

  • It provides liability coverage. Liability coverage is also included in standard renter’s insurance policies. This provides protection if someone is injured while in your home or if you (or another covered person) accidentally injure someone. It pays any court judgments as well as legal expenses, up to your policy limit.

  • It covers your belongings when you travel. Renter's insurance covers your personal belongings, whether they are in your home, car, or with you while you travel. Your possessions are covered from loss due to theft and other covered losses anywhere you travel in the world. Check your policy or ask your insurance agent for details on what constitutes "other covered losses."

Provide proof of coverage.
