Your property management coordinator:
Eric is your main point of contact at LIVV WELL. He coordinates all aspects of property management and tenant, vendor and contractor relations. "I take our motto of happy tenants and happy owners seriously. It's important to me that renters feel safe and cared for in our homes. I also care about making sure we all work together to keep LIVV WELL properties in great shape. Everyone deserves a nice home! On a personal note, I'm a huge fan of spending time with friends and family and traveling to warm places."
Your property improvement manager:
Paul is in charge of property improvement for LIVV WELL homes. He manages and coordinates all aspects of home maintenance. "We strive to provide great housing to great tenants, so it's important to me that our team works with LIVV WELL property owners to plan and execute home improvements that make sense. My goal is to ensure the safety and comfort of our renters, while protecting and improving our owners' homes. On a personal note, I enjoy reading, traveling, volunteering and spending time with family and friends."
